Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Diya Online tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
